Healthy has never sounded so delicious!

(tiger shrimps & tomato sauce)
Vespa is the perfect place to sit in the garden and have pasta. But this spaghetti squash, roasted and shredded into vegetal noodles, full of garlic, roasted tomatoes, and giant shrimp, makes it easy to do so carb-free without a pinch of sacrifice. Under $25
(Maine lobster and noodles)
This miso soup makes other miso soups look like weak tea. Salty, savory miso broth, studded with chunks of tender Maine lobster, and laced with cellophane noodles. It’s light, but it has great substance. Under $10
(a selection of the best sushi quality tuna and salmon tartare)
Serafina is an NYC standby, and this tartare is killer because you don’t have to compromise. You get finely chopped tuna AND salmon, studded with shallots, in a perfectly lightly, barely-there sauce, served with little toasts and cucumber rounds. Healthy, yes, but packed full of flavor. Under $20
(grilled octopus, capers, red peppers & onions in a red wine vinaigrette)
This fabulous neighborhood Greek has a terrific back terrace, and this octopus is the highlight. Lightly chargrilled, and tossed in an almost pickle-pucker sauce. It’s so light, but definitely the best thing on an otherwise knock-out menu. Under $20
